Being in the business of Real Estate, I have worked with several flooring contractors/companies for my own rental properties, as well as observed the experiences of clients who have had their flooring replaced. After having shoddy work on a previous rental only just a couple years ago, I decided to give House of Floors a shot as I knew that’s where a lot of quality builders go. House of Floors did not let me down. From the very beginning, Gina was very accommodating. She met me in the parking lot to see floor samples since COVID-19 is now an issue affecting how business is done (using proper social distancing). From there, the ordering process and installation process was seamless. Within two weeks, I had durable and perfectly installed flooring for the same price that a different contractor wanted but with much lower quality flooring. The property looks amazing and I will be hiring them again for my own home in the near future. After the install, Gina followed up via email and letter to make sure I was happy with the purchase, which I am. I highly recommend House of Floors for all of your flooring needs.

Gina was great at helping us select our new carpet and first hardwood. Jeff and Chip have installed our carpet and it looks great.They are on day one of our hardwood install and so far it is going extremely well. We are so happy with our new floors!

I would like to thank the two men for all the hard work that they did installing the laminate floors at 412 Cottonwood drive in Copperas Cove.
